The Which Twit Problem the final solution? I’ve made no apologies concerning my problem with Which Kit Car? magazine. My attitude is well founded and unchanged. However, I accept that some ways I’ve attempted to get my points across have been wrong. The issues are so gigantic in their scope and depth, that it would take a very large article in which to cover them all. Furthermore, I’ve made an undertaking in the High Court that I would not publicly discuss certain grievances. Both these constraints have left me skirting around periphery points in my attempts to expose Which Kit Car? for what it is. It’s apparent that ‘pulling’ Mr Peter John Filby on dozens of petty offences is no substitute for demonstrating that he’s seriously erred. My mocking him concerning trivial misdemeanours has served to make me look silly. As a result: I’ve sometimes been incorrectly labelled ‘as bad as him’, but mostly I’ve simply been misunderstood. To avoid sniping and carping: this is what I’m going to do. On this site, I shall compile a chronological list of events which have led to the current state of affairs. The list shall link to important documents. As to comment - there shall not be any in the main chronology. Readers shall be able to draw their own conclusions from the documents themselves. I’ve no doubt that each reader will see the injustice done to me and, I believe, the damage that’s been done by Mr Peter Filby to the whole kit car industry. Go into the Filby Fact File only if you’re interested. Please go back to the Kit Car Home page if you’re not. In doing this, I can more fully employ the pages of my magazines for the job intended promoting this fabulous industry. If, in future, I find it necessary to refer to these matters in Kit Car or Cobra; I’ll be able to do so succinctly with reference to this resource. You’ll therefore notice a lot less mention of twits and fibs in future issues (although I’m not promising that will never happen again). Kit Car is a commercial title. It’s larger than its main rival, with more advertisers, both private and trade, and it has a bigger readership. It shall therefore continue to extol these virtues as assets, in forceful self-promotional terms, as would any other title enjoying similar success. As we say: Others pretend, but we really are number one!
PS. The Filby Fact File is going to take a great deal of time and effort to fully compile. Today (
